This wine has lively acidity yet well-balanced, complex, and a sophisticated wine which is why it’s my favorite Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley. It is multilayered, medium-bodied, bright, and has a refreshing persistent finish. 

It has a floral and citrus aroma coming from the lemon, grapefruit, and white flowers. There is a hint of oak spice which piques your interest in its taste.  

The wine has the right balance of tart and ripe elements which creates its distinct flavor and there’s also a nice slight creamy texture to it. And it still keeps its bright acidity. There are lots of flavors of citrus, some peaches, and with a hint of minerals.
