I really enjoyed this lovely wine and I liked the simplicity of the bottle design. Also, with its pale straw color, it has an inviting nose of fresh green apples and pears along with a hint of honey and mineral notes on the palate. 

The palate confirms what’s in the nose which features flavors of green apples, peaches, pears, and pink grapefruit with hints of oranges, lemons, almond, and brioche. This wine is a well-balanced and medium-bodied wine with lively acidity and a yeasty character.
