This Chardonnay has a fruity aroma filled with butter, peach, pear, vanilla, honey, and toasted oak. I also get lots of citrus aromas. The palate confirms what I smell. I can taste some grapefruit, pear, apple, vanilla, and toast. There are also some notes of honey, oak, and vanilla in the finish.

The Doira La Splendeur du Soleil Chardonnay 2020 is medium-bodied, dry wine with medium acidity. And there are fruit forward flavors and a buttery taste that creates a creamy mouthfeel.
