WineO Mark Review

This wine has a light straw color on the glass with greenish highlights. Its aroma is filled with ripe peaches, green apples, and ripe citrus fruits along with some mineral undertones.

It’s a medium-bodied wine that is extra dry and light, with a crisp acidity. This wine is an overachiever, showing a captivating yeasty quality, zesty acidity, and solid mineral notes reminiscent of where it’s grown in the famous wine region of Burgundy.

There are flavors of green apples, pears, peaches, lemons, and fresh-cut grass with hints of nuts, saline, and chalky minerality.

It’s fresh, elegant, and has a bright finish which makes it a perfect pairing for many different types of food.
