The Fresh Vine Cabernet Sauvignon, for me, was truly another solid experience for a celebrity owned wine. A California-made Cab, it definitely upholds the reputation for producing well-crafted, flavorful wines. 

For some people, when you hear about low carb, low calorie, and gluten-free, you may not expect flavor. However, this wine is has lots of flavor and a bold taste.

This wine has a dark ruby color on the glass. It has dark fruit flavors such as blackberries, cherries, plums, vanilla, and dark chocolate. It has notes of leather, cedar, cigar leaf, and spices.

It’s a medium-bodied wine that has smooth and concentrated. You can taste blackberries, boysenberries, ripe plums, chocolate, and mint with hints of vanilla, dried herbs, toasted oak, and leather.

The wine presents a beautiful mid-palate complexity, leading into a finish that is smooth and lingering. Its tannins are well structured, giving it body and depth without overpowering the fruit.

Finally, its both a bottle for the wine connoisseur and the casual enthusiast, showcasing the complexity expected of a solid Cab, yet remaining approachable and enjoyable for someone new to the varietal.
