This wine has an alluring aroma of papaya, green apple, pink grapefruit, white pepper, and lemons. 

It’s medium-bodied on the palate that has layers of  expressive citrus and tropical flavors. And you can taste green apples, grapefruit, lemon zest, and hints of smoke and ginger. 

You can pair this wine with some pork loin, fish, Pad Thai, BBQ chicken, fajitas, or some savory goat cheese.
