WineO Mark Review

This wine has a pale yellow color on the glass with hints of green highlights. It has an aroma of peaches, apricots, melons, and vanilla followed by a bouquet of flowers and minerality.

It’s a medium-bodied wine that’s well-balanced, rich, round, and fruity that has a generously proportioned flavor making it easy to drink. You can taste the apples, pears, white peaches, lemons, and oak with hints of cinnamon and honey.

This wine has dry notes on the palate with high acidity and is mineral-driven. But it still has a buttery texture which is perfect to be paired with creamy meals.

If you enjoy more acidic Chardonnays than Chardonnays from CA, I believe this bottle is a steal from the prestigious Burgundy winemaking region. It shows how white wine can be pretty excellent at a reasonable price – giving you plenty of flavor and balance to want to finish the entire bottle.
