On the palate, it has a rich mouthfeel thanks to its crisp acidity, low tannins, and buttery texture. It’s sweet (off-dry), delicate, rounded, and has a long pleasant finish. And there are ripe flavors of apples, apricots, peaches, and melons followed by sweet notes of honey, brioche, and toasted oak.
