One of the more popular Cava in the US market. This wine has a soft golden color. It has a bouquet of green apples, ripe pears, apricot, honeysuckle, and some notes of brioche.

On the palate, it has well-balanced flavors with crisp acidity and a firm and creamy texture. This wine has great finesse, it’s fresh, and has a nice mineral finish. You can taste the ripe pear, papaya, apricots, and some brioche with hints of hazelnuts, nectarines, and minerals.
