Thick and dark purple on the glass. This wine has a bouquet of dark fruits such as black cherry, blackberry, and plum with notes of leather, crushed flowers, and spices.

It’s full-bodied, rich on the palate, well-balanced, and fruit-forward. There are flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black cherry, and blueberry followed by hints of leather, smoke, vanilla, sage, and oak. This wine has fine tannins and a lengthy and spicy finish.

This Merlot will make anybody’s best red wine list. And it makes my list because it may just be the best Merlot I have tasted!
