WineO Mark Review

This wine has a deep, inky purple color on the glass. This wine has a rich and complex aroma filled with black fruits such as blackberries and cassis with notes of leather, tobacco, and spices such as black pepper and cloves. You can also smell hints of herbs, such as thyme and rosemary, and a touch of earthy minerality.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and powerful, with firm tannins and a long, lingering finish. It has a well-balanced acidity, moderate alcohol, and well-integrated flavors. The palate confirms what’s on the nose with black fruit dominant, along with notes of leather and tobacco, and a hint of spice.

Overall, just another classic CdP Grenache based blend with ripe blackberries, raspberries, leather, and pepper on the nose.
