This wine, from the oldest established Champagne House, is one of my favorites. I’m very biased because we drank it at my wedding – but that’s what Champagne should be all about: celebrating and creating memories.

This Champagne is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. The result is a crisp and delicate Champagne with beautiful citrus, apple, and floral aromas. On the palate there is lots of lemon, green apple, peach, and brioche flavors with hint of a creamy texture. And this goes along with the bright acidity which provides a well-balanced and well-rounded wine.
