This wine has an aroma of pear, lemon, honey, and baking spices.

There are fruity flavors of green apples, peaches, pears, apricots, and lemons. This is then followed by hints of honey, and minerals along with  some medium acidity in the finish giving freshness on the palate.

A family-owned winery in the Willamette Valley for Oregon. They make fantastic Rieslings and this one is no different. This is a delicious semi sweet/off-dry wine, not as sweet as a Moscato. 

I brought this to a 2 Michelin star restaurant for their 9-course tasting menu, and it paired amazingly well!
