The mild conditions throughout the summer in the Carneros region allowed the grapes to ripen slowly for maximum flavor. What you get from each taste is a fantastic burst of flavor that has bright acidity and clean on the palate.

This wine has a medium lemon color on the glass with a slight greenish hue. It has a bouquet of jasmine flowers with the fruity aroma of fresh pear, apple, melon, and pineapple. There are also notes of fig, nutmeg, toasted oak, and butter.

On the palate, this wine is clean, full-bodied, crisp, and has a focused acidity with good complexity. You can taste the green apples, fresh pears, mango, and lemon with hints of vanilla, butter, and oak that also has a little spiciness and saltiness to finish of the wine. 

Thanks to its creamy mouthfeel accompanied by its long medium finish, it’s a great wine to pair with rich fish, a vegetarian meal, risotto, and mushroom soup.
