WineO Mark Review

Valdo is one of the oldest winery of Valdobbiadene Prosedcco.

This wine has a straw yellow color on the glass. It has a fruity fragrance filled with ripe apples, Asian pears, grapefruits, apricots, and pomelo with notes of Meyer lemon, honey, and white flowers.

It’s a dry light-bodied wine that is well-balanced and has lively acidity. There are flavors of apple, apricot, grapefruit, orange zest, and lemon with hints of flowers, and a touch of vanilla. This wine is bright, crisp, and has a long dry finish.

Thanks to its complexity, it’s a great wine to pair with seafood with light sauces and salads.
