Certified organic, non-GMO, sustainable, and vegan – made from grapes harvested by hand and fermented in an organic wine dedicated Estate cellar. 

This organic wine has a bright greenish-yellow color on the glass. It has a mid-intense aroma of green apple, pear, peach, lemon, and lime with notes of white flowers and minerals. 

On the palate, this light bodied wine is juicy, simple, refreshing, and easy to drink. You can taste the apples, grapefruits, pears, pineapples, and lemon zest followed by hints of pickled ginger, minerals, and honey. This wine is fairly intense with just the right amount of alcohol and acidity and a mineral persistent finish.
